Copy and paste all of the files that are in the .zip file into your games .exe directory (usually looks something like C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Total War WARHAMMER)
Press the "Scrlk" key to toggle the effect on and off. Leave a comment if you enjoy it
